Dantia, Lake Macquarie’s Economic Development Company, is pleased to announce that Wayne Diemar has commenced as the new Senior Business Development Manager. Wayne has held high-level management positions for over 25 years with major tier-one companies to family own businesses. He has worked in the Manufacturing, Energy, Resources, construction, and Engineering sectors and brings to Dantia experience and Network connections that will benefit businesses throughout the Lake Macquarie region.
Wayne’s many facets include writing and organising grant applications, managing budgets, and facilitating programs for businesses. Introducing process improvements, developing high-performance teams, training, coaching, and mentoring. He has managed project development from initiation to completion across Australia. Facilitated international trade missions across the world, to destinations including Vietnam, Myanmar, China, Chile, Japan, and Korea and provided guidance and business intelligence to companies looking for growth in International Markets.
